Summary:
A multi-site European study (>30 pharmacies in 8 countries) demonstrating the feasibility of automated non-sterile compounding with CuraBlend® excipient base. Pediatric propranolol HCl tablets were produced with consistent quality and reproducibility. Shows real-world applicability of standardized automated compounding.

Developed a simplified SSE 3D printing method for propranolol, spironolactone, and prednisolone tablets. Evaluated tablet osmolality, quality control, and in-vitro administration through nasogastric tubes. Demonstrated suitability for pediatric patients requiring small, tailored doses and enteral tube compatibility.

Summary:
Assessed an automated SSE compounding platform for pediatric hydrocortisone. Produced chewable gel tablets, troches, and orodispersible films with uniform quality. All dosage forms met pharmacopeial requirements, and dissolution profiles were appropriate for pediatric care.

Summary:
Validated the CurifyLabs SSE compounding system for ondansetron (2–10 mg) tablets. Used Raman spectroscopy with PLS models for non-destructive QC. Tablets showed high uniformity, stability for 6 months, and rapid drug release (>85% in 30 minutes)
